Coming Next
Twenty-eight paired mountain villas ascending Reynolds Mountain — the next phase, built by Buchanan Construction.
The Meadow Collection brings Reynolds Mountain's signature paired-villa design to a new streetscape along Cobbler's Way. Twenty-eight villas across fourteen buildings, each ascending the mountain with improving elevation, expanding views, and escalating finishes. The first homes are planned with the new Chestnut floor plan — wider, brighter, and built for the way people actually live.
The Chestnut is a ground-up rethink of the original design. The living room expands from 12 to 15 feet wide, built on a 74-foot building footprint that delivers noticeably more open space on every level. Slab-on-grade, stick-built construction keeps costs efficient without compromising quality.
Main-level primary suite, plus two bedrooms and a flexible den upstairs — the den easily configured as an optional fourth bedroom, home office, or media room. Pocket doors with modern soft-close hardware maximize usable space. Privacy walls between units are standard.

The Chestnut — the Meadow Collection's signature villa
Not every villa is the same — by design. As elevation increases along the streetscape, so do the views, the finishes, and the price. Choose the tier that fits your priorities.
Entry to the collection. Natural light–focused design with standard finishes and sliding glass on the rear — ideal for buyers who prioritize the community and lifestyle over panoramic views.
As the road climbs, mountain views begin to open. Upgraded glass, improved finishes, and expanded outdoor living. The sweet spot between value and vista.
The best views in the Meadow Collection with premium finishes approaching Summit Collection standards. For buyers who want the Chestnut floor plan with the widest possible mountain panorama.
