This week the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains announced its 2026 Parade of Homes awards, and the Summit Collection model at Reynolds Mountain Villas, built by Buchanan Construction, received three of them.
- 2026 Parade of HomesSilver Craftsmanship
- 2026 WNC STARS AwardsBest Interior Design for a Home under 2,500 Square Feet
- 2026 WNC STARS AwardsBest Interior Merchandising for a Home under 2,500 Square Feet
Judged by the people who build here
These awards are decided by peers in the Western North Carolina building community. Craftsmanship looks at the build itself: the framing, the finish carpentry, and the details that hold up long after move-in. The interior awards look at how the rooms come together, from layout and materials to the way light moves through the home and how the furnished model feels to walk through.
Thank you to Form & Function Architecture for the architecture, Terra Firma Design for the landscape architecture and site engineering, Buchanan Construction, whose interior design selections, from the cabinetry to the finishes, shaped every room, and Francesca Kessler, who furnished the model. Every villa on Reynolds Mountain is built to the same standard as the model, and each one has a long-range westward view of the Blue Ridge.
See the model through Sunday, October 25
The model is open as Home 32 in the 2026 Parade of Homes, Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM, at 604 Storybook Villas Trail. The awards are on display inside. After the Parade, our sales team can arrange a private visit.
